At the Summit

The summit features a large rock cairn and stunning panoramic views that stretch far and wide. On a clear day, you might even spot a sea creature or two; just kidding, they have better things to do!

Terrain & Geology

Rocky and grassy with some boggy patches especially in wet conditions. Wear good boots unless you fancy being a bit squelchy.

Ben More Coigach is primarily composed of sandstone and quartzite, with a varied landscape of rocky outcrops and steep corries formed during the last Ice Age. The quartzite screes give it a rugged appearance, while the sandstone reveals its age through weathered formations.
